Microexcel® Completes Acquisition of Knowlysis
Strategic acquisition to further bolster custom software development, consulting, and managed services capabilities in the healthcare, telecommunications, and member association industries
Secaucus, NJ and Orem, UT (May 16, 2017) — Microexcel®, a global provider of technology solutions and services, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Knowlysis, a recognized provider of consulting and solution development services, headquartered in Orem, Utah. As Microexcel experienced a growing customer base in the healthcare, telecommunications, and member associations industries in recent years, the strategic acquisition was timely as Knowlysis has an extensive background in these vertical sectors.

Knowlysis has built a notable library of knowledge management best practices, especially for the healthcare industry that revolve around accelerators, tools, IP, and products. As business environments become more complex, the effective use of and access to knowledge management is critical in making effective decisions.

With the business terms and operational transition of the acquisition complete, the Knowlysis brand will be retired and employees and resources of Knowlysis will join the Microexcel Custom Software Development (CSD) division. Key leadership for Microexcel’s CSD division will include Chris Worsley as head of business development, David Worsley, President and co-founder of Knowlysis, as head of operations, and Wade Dalton, Vice President of Engineering at Knowlysis, as head of engineering and delivery.
